Then You Want Better Boundaries! 

In the Better Boundaries Program you will develop the ability to:

Set appropriate boundaries - neither over-boundaried or under-boundaried.

Overcome the default Fawn response from childhood which sets you up for an adulthood of people pleasing.

Understand the root cause of anxiety and depression (hint: the origin is in the body not the mind), and how to resolve it.

Restore a healthy fight response, so you have access to self-protective anger when necessary.

Stop suppressing thoughts and emotions and start expressing in an authentic, grounded way.

Master your emotions and be more attuned to yourself and others.

And much, much more.

What’s included?

One 90 min, 1:1, onboarding goal setting session. In this session we go deep on what is holding you back, identify key stressors and set clear intentions for what you want to achieve in our time together.

Three additional, highly customised, 60 min 1:1 coaching sessions. You don't fit the program, the program fits you.

Six group coaching sessions. These sessions have a maximum of 8 participants and are online via zoom.

Access to the Client Resource Portal, with audio, video and pdf resources to assist your transformation.

Membership of the Better Boundaries Club for 6 months, allowing you direct access to Joanna Mon-Thurs.

This IS for you if:

You strongly desire to express yourself authentically and assertively, but you don’t know where to begin.  (Remember:  assertive is not aggressive).

You are sick and tired of being sick and tired and long to experience the joy you know is possible.

You take responsibility for your own healing and growth.

You want to use your power for good – for the betterment of yourself and others.

You are already a ways along your growth journey and have developed a degree of self-awareness and emotional maturity.

You are completely fed up with people pleasing holding you back in life and are ready to do whatever it takes to get your life back.

This is NOT for you if:

You have no problem setting boundaries and think people pleasers are crazy!

You have a complex trauma history and have not received any support or therapy for this, and have done no personal study.  You would be best suited to working longer term with a Psychotherapist or similar.

You are not ready to take responsibility for yourself, your own healing and progress.

You are looking for a quick-fix.  Resolving the fear that inhibits boundary setting involves laying down new neural pathways and slowly expanding capacity as the fear discharges.  If you attempt to go too fast, you will end up in overwhelm.
